Conditions:
➤ All rate are in Thai Baht.
➤ Room rate inclusive 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
➤ The rate are per night and in Thai currency (baht)
➤ Room rate are inclusive American Breakfast.
➤ Check in time is 14:00hrs,Check out 11.00 hrs
Extra bed condition:
➤ Third person in room, 12 years or older, extra bed mandatory is 990 Baht/person/night
➤ Children 4-11years,sharing a room with parents extra ABF charge 150 Baht/person/night
➤ Children 3 years and less, baby cot available on request (free)
Cancellation Policy:
➤ Peak Season: Cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival will be charged 2 nights cancellation fee
➤ High Season: Cancellations made within 20 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night cancellation fee.
➤ Low Season: Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night cancellation fee.
“No Show and early departures will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full stay”
